Fernandez Hospital's vision was to create a world in which every woman and child has access to high-quality, compassionate care, that enables a life of respect and dignity.
To achieve this vision they wanted to bring in a systematic approach to how they deal with things at work. Fernandez has 1800+ employees across Hyderabad and 80% of the staff are women. They are the only health care organisation in the country to initiate a 5 days work week program which is in line with ensuring quality work-life balance for a working woman.
It wasn't easy for us initially as it was a complete culture shift from using pen, paper and excel, to moving to a system which is designed already in a certain way. But we soon realised that it will bring in transparency & improve productivity & efficiency through the automation of manual and repetitive tasks.
