PhonePe had to address a two-pronged challenge in the middle of the pandemic where the HR wanted to roll out employee engagement modules to help through COVID and at the same time there was a significant business need to ramp up hiring.

With Darwinbox, PhonePe’s HR team had a holistic solution that can transform the employee lifecycle management from hiring to exit of an employee, accommodate changes, and boost engagement and productivity.

They were looking for a unified platform that tied all HR functions together, and provided value-added insights.

### Key Highlights

**7 modules rolled out**

**16-weeks for total implementation for 2500 employees**

**~1200 employees onboarded remotely**
