HR at ZenQ intended to make the org self-sufficient, where most of the non-core activities are executed using technology in a self-service mode.
The primary objective for HR was to focus on adding value to the business with the help of technology and provide data-driven insights for decision making.
We wanted to move to data-based decision making rather than making decisions based on intuitions. Therefore, it was critical to have important data in hand at the right time. Darwinbox helped us centralise our data and drive a culture of accountability across the org.
