We started the application process in August 2022 and received 250 applications by the end of October. After months of jury deliberation and leadership assessment test by Mercer, we arrived at the 40 winners.
The world of work has transformed significantly in the past couple of years.
From the way we work 
to where we work, everything has changed. Digitalization is going to define this decade in the world of work.
HR leaders have been at the heart of organizational transformation. They have spearheaded this journey and enabled companies to respond to ever-changing business needs effectively.
Inspired by this dynamic and innovative ecosystem, Darwinbox is honored to recognize and celebrate the tremendous work being done by HR leaders in the Southeast Asian Region to define the future of work. The 40 Under 40 Asia HR Leaders award will be the definitive list of 40 leaders who have redefined what work is and how it is done, in the region.
Everything You Need To Know
- Nominees must be 39 years or younger as of 30th August 2022.
- Nominees will be assessed based on his/her leadership skills and the impact and transformation these leaders have brought about in their organizations.
- Nominees must have spent over six months in the organization they are currently part of and are nominating from.
- Nominees have a team under them (or) must have significant business decision-making authority.
Yes, you can nominate an HR leader from your organization or from a partner organization.
Till November 10, 2022.
You can nominate up to three people from three different organizations.
Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, and Vietnam.
There is no cost involved in the process of applications or afterward.
Each nominee will be scored by a panel of renowned judges. Any kind of false information provided during the application process may lead to the rejection of the candidate.
Expect to receive the results in the third week of February 2023.
