# In 2019, we were busy paving way for the next

Decade

Unicorns

Great Place to Work

Big Change in HR

“It’s not the strongest of the species that survives, but the most adaptable to change.”

Swearing by Charles Darwin’s perfect words, we believe in constantly changing. In evolving everyday. And that’s exactly what 2019 for us was about.

![Charles Darwin with Monkey](https://explore.darwinbox.com/hubfs/Darwinbox%20Year%20In%20Review%202019/Charles%20Darwin%20with%20Monkey.png "Charles Darwin with Monkey")

In 2019, there were things we questioned, things we fought for, organisations we transformed, product innovations we churned. There were geographies we pierced, funding we won, teams we raised, skills we built - things that changed us and things we changed.

## And that *change* led to *good things...* And superheroes who don’t need capes!

### So with Darwinbox, this year...
