Compensation
At work, Compensation is the sum of money given, often called the salary and other benefits, for the services that the employee has offered. Compensation encompasses the fixed pay as well as other incentives offered, in exchange for the work delivered. Compensation differs from employee to employee and organization to organization and is based majorly on the amount of work, the difficulty of work, the qualification and experience needed and the impact the work creates.
