Compensatory Time Off
Compensatory time off is referred to as "comp off" in short. The practice of providing employees with time off from work in exchange for working longer hours than their usual working hours is known as compensatory time off. Working overtime, on vacations, or going above and beyond the regular workweek could be the cause of this excess time spent on work.
