Form 12B
Form 12B is an income tax form issued by the Income Tax Department of India which is to be submitted by an employee joining an organization in the middle of the year. This is in accordance with Rule26A of the Income Tax act. Although furnishing this form isn’t compulsory, organizations ask for it in order to get all the income details of the employee from their previous organizations.
