Fringe Benefits
Fringe benefit is a part of a non-age payment or added benefit that is provided to employees in the form of pension plans, vacation pay, life, health, and unemployment insurance, and more. This may be done because it is required by the law (in some countries) or received by the employee as a perk and an incentive. Fringe benefits are, in general, not taxable.
