Millennials, or Generation Y, are individuals born around 1985-1995 and are projected to have a worse quality of life than previous generations. They are known for having a strong sense of community and a bigger tolerance for diversity, as well as a greater sense of entitlement. Characterized as being liberal and open-minded, they often challenge established social and cultural norms, and are very tech-savvy.

Millennials were, until their generation, the most educated people. Most of them have a college degree and most college degrees are held by Millennials of the USA. Gen Z has a higher percentage of college degrees than millennials. However, around 40% of millennials have completed college.
