Panel Interview
Panel interview is just like a normal interview, except, this interview has more than one interviewer putting up the questions. Panel interviews help in diversifying the questions and hence provide a better assessment of the candidate’s skills. Panel interviews are much different from group interview, as in this one, the candidate is interviewed by the interviewers on the panel all at the same time.
