There are two ways to access the Marketplace: via the public page listed on our website or via the admin access through your organization's Darwinbox instance. Clicking on the Marketplace icon on your Darwinbox dashboard will take you directly to the Marketplace via an SSO login.

You can browse and search the Marketplace in the same way as you shop for products on any other online store. When you find a product you’re interested in, click on the Product Profile for a more detailed description of the product.
On the top right corner, you will be able to see a “Contact Us” button. Clicking on that will open up a contact form; fill in the fields, and voila, your interest is registered. A partner or Darwinbox representative will reach out to you shortly after.

You can use the search bar on the webpage. The search results will display all relevant product solutions. Additionally, on the All Applications page you can filter out your search by category, geography, and subscription type.
The agreement will be between you and the product solution provider. The invoices will be raised directly by the solution provider.
Darwinbox Marketplace solutions are easy to implement and use. Some solutions have instant integration, while others may require a little longer implementation. Startup time may be longer for new clients who are also implementing their Darwinbox platform. Please note: While the integrated solutions and connectors are pre-built, each Darwinbox Marketplace partner owns the facilitation of the implementation.
Some products have quick, plug-and-play options, while others might need a longer time to implement. The time taken to set up the solution may be longer for new customers that are also implementing their Darwinbox instance. While integrated solutions and connectors are already built, completing the implementation is the responsibility of the Marketplace partner.
Yes, all our product partners go through vigorous screening and compliance certifications before they are listed and made available for your use.

Yes. Super admins who are logged in via SSO login will have a pre-filled form that can be submitted, and users who aren’t logged in via SSO will have to fill the entire form out afresh.

Once a contact form is submitted, your request is passed on to the product solution provider as well as our internal team. The solution provider will then reach out to you and set up a demo call and take the process forward.
